To maintain our high standards we have implemented the following procedures.

What we are doing:
1. Maintaining a social distance of 2 meters while working.
2. When working in close proximity to each other or clients, gloves and masks/face shields will be worn.
3. Disinfecting equipment/supplies between jobs.
4. Continue with our practice of an anti bacterial/anti viral wash of all cloths and mop heads.
5. Employees will stay home if they show any signs of illness.

What we are requesting of you:
1) Is everyone healthy in your home? If anyone is ill, please cancel.
2) If you travelled and are on self isolation for 2 weeks, please let us know and we will cancel.
3) It is also preferred if you leave the home while we are working to keep social distancing. If you cannot leave home, please stay in a different room to where we are working.

What can I expect when I call for a quote to clean my home?

An appointment will be made for an in-home visit so we can meet with you and discuss in detail how we can be of assistance and discuss expectations. Once an agreement is made, we will send you two of our highly efficient Housekeepers. By working in a team of two, the service is more efficient and cuts the cleaning time by more than half, therefore saving you money in the long run.

South Cowichan Valley including Duncan, Mill Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay and Maple Bay.

How much do you charge for cleaning?

Every home and service are unique and the price varies depending on the size and style of your home, the number of people that live there, clutter, pets, flooring, and how frequently you require a service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, by using environmentally friendly products and a Miele HEPA  Air Clean sealed system that keeps pet dander and allergens out of your air.  If you have a specific cleaning product you would like us to use, please discuss this at your in-home cleaning consultation.

Will I have the same team every week?

Absolutely.  We value the relationships we build with our clients.  The only time this cannot be met is when a team member is ill.

Do I need to be home while the cleaners are there?

No, in fact, many of our customers prefer not to be home. If you work from home, we tackle that area first so you can get back to work quickly.

What about pets?

We love pets and are comfortable working around your fur babies. Our only request is if your dog is not happy about people being in his or her home, that they be secured away from the Housekeepers.

How do I ensure the security of my home?

Most customers provide a key or digital code to enter the home. Keys are assigned to a numbered tag without the customer name or details.  Keys are locked in a safe.  All our Housekeepers are thoroughly screened before starting work with us and have gone through a national criminal record check.

What happens if something breaks?

Unfortunately, sometimes accidents occur.  If this does happen, the team will leave a note with the item to let you know.  The office will then work with you to find a suitable resolution.

How do I pay for the cleaning service?

An invoice will be generated and emailed to you. Payment terms are agreed upon in advance. All major credit cards and e-transfers are accepted.
